Laboratory Services
Laboratory services will cost you nothing in 2007 if you use a participating provider. Note: In-hospital labs are not participating providers for this purpose. If you use the services of the on-site labs in Parkview Memorial Hospital, DeKalb Memorial Hospital, or any of the other participating hospitals, you will pay your normal co-pay amount.
If your Signature Care doctor draws the lab samples in his/her office, make sure the doctor has the samples sent to one of these lab facilities for processing:
